Intergrated Construction Solutions commenced operations in 2019 and specialises in project management, residential development and custom designed homes. Our focus is to manage the construction process from design concept stage, through building and into asset realisation

Why we started Intergrated Construction Solutions

Working in the construction industry for the last 18 years, I identified a disconnect between a developer’s initial intent for a project and the process. This was largely due to a disconnect between the different stages of the development process. ICS exists to bridge the information gap between each stage of development from site identification through to design, then construction and finally asset realisation

We do this by applying a continual management strategy to all projects to ensure the development intent is reflected in the design and the design parameters meet the construction budget. This process eliminates issues with regulations, budgets and allows the project to be completed at its optimum

Ben has over 18 years experience in the construction industry, in the following roles

Ben has also completed several construction and renovation projects for himself and colleagues, prior to commencing Intergration Construction Solutions
